- Priority Report: shows the total number of questions and under which priority they were submitted, i.e. normal, resubmitted or urgent
- Department Count Report: shows the total numbers of questions any one department has asked
- Date Range Question Count: shows the total number of questions overall for the entire year. Can be broken out by month
- Question Referenced Count: allows you to see ranges of how often questions were searched and displayed
- Released FAQs: shows how many questions have been released, when they were released and shows all of the questions within a release week
- Total Number of FAQ’s: shows the total number of FAQ’s within the database
- FAQ Count by Status Report: shows progress within the MedEd department of all pre-released questions
