| Position: Maintenance Supervisor |

| Primary Responsibilities: |
Include but are not limited to: - Supervision, training, and evaluation of Maintenance and Housekeeping staff.
- Preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of equipment in Packaging, Shipping, Manufacturing, and Lab plus general office and facility maintenance/repairs.
- Sourcing and ordering parts/labor related to job orders plus scheduling and follow up of all maintenance work.
- Temperature control, boiler testing, compressor checks and maintenance.
- Minor repairs/preventative maintenance on forklifts and company vehicles as well as scheduling vendor maintenance. Maintains records of all equipment maintenance.

| Skills & Experience: |
- Associate’s degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; 2-4 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must have working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and electricity. Pneumatic and hydraulic experience helpful.
- SAccuracy with numbers, legible writing skills, above average organizational and communication skills.
- Must be self-motivated, possess a positive attitude, and be on call for emergency needs in maintenance.
